Mediator/Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner - Based in Darwin - Part Time (3 days per week) or Full Time (2 Year Maximum Term Contract)

About the Position
In the role of Mediator/Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, working as part of the Anglicare NT Resolve Team, you will provide professional mediation and family dispute resolution services for separating couples in accordance with the Family Law Act of Australia and in line with relevant funding agreements, sub-contract requirements and guidelines.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced solution focussed practitioner with relevant higher education qualifications (such as Social Science) and hold current registration with the Attorney Generals Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the ability to issue section 60-I certificates for the Family Courts.
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
