About the Opportunity
In the role of OoHC Manager, you will be responsible for leading and further development of Anglicare NT’s trauma informed 24/7 home like residential care services for older children/young people in the care of Territory Families by using contemporary practices to ensure services are youth friendly, safe, culturally sensitive, outcome focused and comply with relevant legislation and standards. You will also be responsible for building, mentoring, supporting and sustaining cohesive teams working in challenging environments along with oversight of rostering including on call, budget management and reporting.
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
