About the Position

As a Case Support Worker with the Alice Springs Housing Support Services team, you will provide case management support, advocacy, referrals and tenancy skills development training to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to achieve sustainable tenancies. The role includes assisting individuals and families to understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants, as well as helping each person to gain to develop strategies to meet and maintain their tenancy commitments.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Working with Children (Ochre Card),  a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
