Community Support Worker/s -  Based in Darwin we have two positions to fill. A fixed term full time 12 month contract and a fixed term part time 30 hours per week 6 months contract

About the Position

Anglicare NT provides services dedicated to working with Refugees and Migrants. The Refugee and Migrant Settlement Service (RAMSS) supports refugees and migrants who have lived in Australia for less than five years, through the provision of, information and assistance to independently access a broad range of services in the community.

We are looking for a case manager with experience in providing information, assessment, referral, advocacy, support, group work and case management using strengths based framework to meet the needs and build capacity of people to successfully settle in their community.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum qualification of a Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification and experience in the provision of quality case management services. Prior experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds will be highly regarded.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
