About the Position
We operate from a strengths-based, family focused framework and provide a generalist counselling service to individuals, families, couples and children/youth.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a formal counselling environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to strong team culture
- Understanding of strengths based approaches to service delivery, particularly how to apply them within a counselling environment.
- Experience in delivering group work and community education programs.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a Criminal History Check and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
