About the Position
The Darwin Housing and Homelessness Services provides case management support to individuals and families whose tenancies are at risk and the provision of medium term accommodation and assistance to access long term housing options. As the Manager of the Housing and Homelessness service you will manage the day to day operations of the Housing Options Pathway Program and Housing services. You will be a positive leader for the team, provide direction, build effective relationships and identify training and development opportunities. You will also be responsible for overseeing operational quality and compliance using innovation and good practice principles to ensure we maintain a high level of quality services.
To be effective in this role you will have an extensive case management service delivery background and experience in in leading teams in the provision of high quality case management and tenancy support.
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Northern Territory Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
